As a Corporate Recruiter you successfully guide the business filling positions in a timely matter. Together with your colleague recruiter, you are the director of the entire recruitment and selection process. You write job descriptions, create creative campaigns and publish them on all (online) platforms. With enthusiasm and endless ambition you know how to select and recruit talents through traditional and modern searches via social media. You are responsible for the first meetings. We can rely on you recognizing and contacting the best of the best in our line of work, collaborating with graduate schools and universities and working on recruitment campaigns. As the cherry on top you are responsible for optimizing the entire onboarding process of all your new colleagues!

Some specifics we require
- bachelor or master degree;
- a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as Corporate Recruiter;
- demonstrable network in marketing and IT;
- experience fulfilling high-en IT vacancies;
- a strong affinity with the markets: marketing, IT and data;
- knowledge of online and social recruiting;
- a strong developed sense of responsibility.
- eye for talent and experience with campus recruitment at graduate schools and universities;
- excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (oral and written).
