In this position you are responsible for coming up with the coolest social media strategies for social campaigns. You are in charge for the entire execution and optimization of these campaigns. Also, you analyze the results with the Insights Manager and use the learnings for improvements. You help develop and execute the growth plan of our clients. You are the go-to-person for all substantive questions and advice clients in all their social media related questions. Next to a source of inspiration you are a great sparring partner for the client. You have the capacity to win their trust and start a long term relation.
We are looking for someone who fits our culture. Someone who works pragmatically and is convincing in the communication towards clients and colleagues. Furthermore you are ambitious, dedicated, analytical, proactive and a positive thinker.
Some specifics we require
- a BA/MA work and think level;
- at least 3 years of relevant work experience with social advertising & social campaigns;
- experience at a (digital) agency is a strong plus;
- a big sense of responsibility;
- excellent presentation skills;
- the qualities to lead the troops and to own leadership;
- passion and experience with all facets of the job;
- excellent communicative skills in both Dutch and English.
