Your first real job, how exciting! To get you on your feet as soon as possible you’ll join some bootcamps, workshops and drink loads of coffee with your new colleagues. Within no time you’ll know your way within the organization and recognize our typical vibe. In two years you discover and develop your talents and bring it to a higher level and learn everything there’s to learn about campaigns and process management. You have the chance to use theory in practice and work with experts that are willing to teach you all they know. During this traineeship you’ll be busy reflecting on your skills and talents, explore new grounds, get technical knowledge and learn what marketing CRM truly entails.
We understand that you want to be of real added value as fast as possible. This is your opportunity! We work for great brands such as AF-KLM, Ziggo, Unilever Food Solutions, Nuon, Vodafone and KPN. So will you! Within this traineeship you’ll have a lot of contact with clients, execute personalized marketing campaigns, learn more about underlying processes and optimize the client process. This way you’ll have a helicopter view of what we do for our clients, which departments you need for a worry-free process and which job is your best fit.
Do you prefer the (technical) process or do you like the marketing side of things? This is the moment to dive into the world of a Customer Process Manager and a Campaign Manager. Everything you need to develop yourself and be successful in your own career. Facilitated by us! Think of 1 on 1 conversations with your team manager, sessions with colleagues to improve your knowledge and all the necessary trainings. Some specifics we require...
• bachelor or university degree;
• strong affinity with the markets: marketing, IT and data;
• passion for marketing;
• excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (oral and written).
